Refund policy

At Satin Hibiscus, each puzzle is created with care and many products are made specifically for individual orders. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Incorrect images uploaded by customers
  • Cropping or image placement approved during purchase
  • Spelling or customization errors submitted by customers
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Exceptions

We will review and assist with issues involving:

  • Products arriving damaged
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items from an order

If an issue falls into one of the above categories, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Approved claims may result in:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Another appropriate resolution at our discretion
