Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, produce, and package your order and does not include shipping time.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many Satin Hibiscus products are created specifically for each order.

Because custom and made-to-order products require individual production, additional processing time may occasionally be required before shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Satin Hibiscus is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping information submitted by customers.

If an order has already entered production or shipment, changes may not be possible.

Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos if applicable
